Create material directly in Active area

Hi,

I want to bypass staging area while creating a material and want to set it up directly in Active area, when I upload material with persistence choice 2 which creates it in active area my material gets created but I dont see Basic data 1&2 for it, it creates all other views but no Basic data

I am hadrcoding Industry sector in the programme because if i dont give it throws error for

Can anyone help me on this
