This is probably an old post, and maybe you found a work around of this.
I found where the problem was and wanted to share the news with others. It was actually due to authorization on some series.
Some of the users don't have authorization on some series which have specific transactions. So the time they want to view a transaction done in that series, the system pops up that error message.
The solution is, either to give them the authorization to those series or to just extract the transaction in either in pdf and show them.
