Confirmed with SAP, for cross controlling area posting via GJ19 is not possible. And also debug the GJ19, the standard program also indicate the same.
So for intercompany code, if you want to do the GJ19 - prior equity change adjustment after custback, then please make the company codes within one controlling area but not in different controlling areas.
