Re: Maintain custom form for Ticket Summary

Hi Shalini,

 

We may need to see a screenshot of the Form Template Maintenance screen in order to understand what's going on.

 

In general, all Form Templates belonging to the the Form Template Group "Service Request" are available when selecting Preview/Add from the agent workspace.  If only one form has been published, no selection pop up is shown.  If more than one form has been published, you'll get a selection pop up.

 

So your form may either not belong to the "Service Request" group, or maybe you have not Published it yet.  Or, you have uploaded it as a new Variant, rather than as a new Template.  Only Form Templates are available for selection, not Variants. The system automatically selects the default variant.  If you want to implement a specific logic to select the variant, we provide an extension point for you to write custom code.

 

The most common way to create a new Form Template is to copy the pre-delivered one as a new Form Template, modify it with Adobe LiveCycle Designer, rename it, and publish it.
