Can you tell why the Reduction is kept as 10? Can you keep that as 0 and then try. As the Reduction 10 indicates that the Base value for depreciation calculation should be reduced by that much %. So in your case the 8.3% rate would be applicable at Base Value - 10 % and hence 10% will always be there as NBV.
