The availability control is set to annual value, the tolerance limit 110%,so the annual consumption could be reach an annual budget of 110%,but I am worry about accumulated budget expenditure exceed the overall budget of 100%,please help me how to avoid accumulated consumption not to exceed the overall budget of 100%.
