Again, all helpful suggestions. As I mentioned, I can get the alert out of Solution Manager and really just need more information on the Subject line of the messages. I have looked at several different alerting methods that are done outside of the Monitoring and Alerting structure. But I have been asked to make it work with the Monitoring and Alerting WorkCenters within Solution Manager.

 

Since I know the subject line can be modified, and I know the data is in the Solution Manager system (somewhere), I might just have to ask for a development resource to look into this. But since Solution Manager is used in support of the other production systems and is not customer facing, the request for a development resource will have a very low priority. Which is why I asked here first if anyone had done any more work with pulling data out of the alert for the subject line.

 

Thank-you again. If I do get something to work, I will most definitely post it here for others.
