It's not "implement both ECC and HCM".....HCM is part of ECC. (*unless ECC for yous is "employee call center"....which we have EIC, the "employee interaction center").

 

So coming from Business One, what was your area of functional expertise there? I would look at your strengths there and then where you can leverage that in the SAP ECC side of things.
