I think that you really should open the technical workflow log. Go for example to transaction SWI1, open the work item ID (the one that you can see in your error message), and then drill-down to the technical log.
1) Many times there are more "user-friendly" error messages in the log.
2) Even if you have exactly the same error message there, you will be able to investigate the workflow and task containers. For example you might find out that the ZBUS2032 is initial (because of the deletion - just like Mike assumed).
