The column is successfully created as udf but it does not appear in my work center routing form.
For a UDF to show on your own form, you need to add the column your self.
I have tried using this code belows:

I am not sure what your oBOM and oProdTrees represent. I am guessing they are DI objects.
Question : Your current problem is with UI, what does it have to do with DI ?
UI and DI objects works separately. If you are expecting changes made in your DI object will automatically alter your UI object, then it is not going to happen.
You need to deal with UI and DI separately.
And for your current case, DI should not be in the picture at all, unless not until the after process of this form.
