Please understand that whilst members of this forum are happy to help out with specific technical challenges, SCN is not set up to help people new to ABAP to do their jobs, or learn how to do their jobs, hence you requirements dump was rejected.
I'd advise that if you are new to ABAP you need to attend some training, read SAP help and search SCN before posting vague questions and/or requirements here.
