Here I am showing how is the setup for the first three coverage profiles of your list. With these three examples and looking at the threads shared by Caetano and the article loaded by Umesh Mali, you will be able to make the rest for your own.

Just note that you are not informing the number of periods to apply the coverage. You will see that in my example, I have considered that the coverage will be applied in an horizon of 52 weeks.

•1 Wk = Sum (4 Wk) / 24 * 6

•2 Wk = Sum (4 Wk) / 24 * 12

•3 Wk = Sum (8 Wk) / 48 * 18
