I got the error "Internal error in US_UPDATE_TXIT_FROM_TAXES" for an employee as well. we found it's because this employee is in Mass. and had to retro back to July 2014. But in the T5UTD table, the entry for Mass, Tax Type 17 is messed up. We believe the sync tool tried to delimit the entry for Tax Type 17 for MA with a new end date 07.31.2014, but it actually created a new entry, without Form No.

Same with Tax Auth PB5D. I believe this is an issue with the Sync Tool.

Anyone else seeing same symptoms?
