Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately you don't get any junk data, you just get the filtered data.

But instead of a return code, does somebody know if there is a way to clear the filter that can be used?

I know there is a way the hide colums or rows when you're creating an excel file from SAP, maybe somebody knows of simular code for applying or removing a filter.
