I don´t know, but I think it´s a SAP problem. PowerBuilder want´s .NET 4.0.
Microsoft shipped Win10 with .NET 4.6. So far I have not yet found a way to install .NET 4.0 on Windows10.
I hope that the next Version of PowerBuilder (perhaps end of the year) will support Win10 (with .NET 4.6).
