Hi Vivek,
Equipment field will be visible in the work order, based on the configuration "Define Notification and Order Integration". Kindly maintain "Assignment of Operations to object list entries inactive", now the equipment field will be editable in work order.
After this, you can transfer the equipment assigned from the task list to order
