as mentioned by Shireesha, multi-values parameters are supported only by calculation views (independent of that what is written on the slides you showed; seems to be an error on the slides).
But as it is already recommend to just go ahead with calculation views, and not using analytic/attribute views anymore, the "limitation" should not be a problem anymore 
.
