As far as PP is concerned, you can transfer it through LIS.. You need to use the transactions KVA1 to 5.

In one of these Transactions, you will assign SKF to CC and do some other settings. Once you do KVA5, it will transfer the SKF to CC

But from other modules like HR, you will require ABAP Program using BAPI Gabriel mentioned
