Thanks Mahesh - Your suggestion was very helpful! You know exactly the requirements I had. However I have been splitting AWKEY manually through Excel because it had the trailing FY while the other tables didn't.
You mentioned our ABAPer can help?
If ABAP can split it can they add the new field in the same table BKPF? If not will they need to create a new variant of table BKPF to accommodate the new field?
