Hi ,
seems like there are invalid dates in datasource.. if you are extracting data from VBAK table, check data in source table, may be they are entered incorrectly..
you can delete cube data, then edit PSA and correct these incorrect date records and run DTP again.
if you are updating data from CSV (excel) format, date field should be in YYYYMMDD format.
