If you create any items in the notifications, even by just typing a text for cause etc. FEKNZ will be set to X. Wihout X, this means no item information (defect, cause etc) has been identified for this notification.
Some cases, like Pool Asset Management or for some strange/custom determined uses of notifications, the items may not be used. In those cases, the items may not even appear on the screen.
