The answer to your query is NO according to me. I always found that BOM area is deficient about such reports. So I developed my own. It is not difficult using Infoset queries. If ABAPer is handy it will be a one or two hours job to develop such reports.

This is developed with infoset using the following table joins
Similar reports I made for F/Locn BOM and even for Material BOM with following table joins

Also you can develop such reports more easily with Infoset Queries or even with SQVI using Logical databases CEC, CTC and CMC for EqBOM, FlBOM and MAtBOM respectively.
