Asfik, there is no option to change the position of standard fields or extension fields in UI designer.
(For extension fields, the first added fields will be shown first. That will be time consuming and painful.)
You need to use adaptation mode with KUT.
It seems your customer already understands how to use KUT.
They can change the positions as they want.
