Upon further research, I think I got the answer to this question.

Contrary to what is mentioned in the Analysis for Office 2.2 SP1 User Guide, Calculation Views won't be displayed under type "CUBE". Instead, Analytic Views will be displayed under type "CUBE", Calculation Views will be displayed under type "Dimension View" and Attribute Views will be displayed under type "Attribute View". Please feel free to correct me / provide more information if I am wrong.
