"Unable to connect to xyz:57713"
Would you please let me know where you have configured it? (Probably on the WebService end-point?)
If this is the correct host name...
* are you able to ping it from the host where the NWDS is installed?
* please capture the netstat -an | grep 57713 output directly on target deployment system
* what is the version of NWDS and the RTS where you are trying to deploy your application?
