Components appearing twice in process order

Hi,

I have a peculiar issue. While creating process order of a material, all components are appearing twice, whereas in BOM they are single line item. I have found out that there are 2 ECR numbers. Is this the reason for this problem? also both the ECRs are released so how to remove one ECR. If we remove one ECR, will this problem get solve?
