I have a scenario as below to convert existing R3 Workflow as SAP Fiori based workflow,
Existing Scenario:
Workflow kicks off & workitem is sent to R3 Inbox(SBWP Tcode). Using Extended notifications, a mail is sent to email id of approver which has attachment to open SAP GUI. Double clicking it, open workitem for approval which has 2 files as attachments.
Fiori Scenario:
In place of extended notifications, i would like to send mail which approver should access from his mobile using Fiori. This Fiori mail should have the 2 files which have been attached to workitem, approve / reject buttons to take action & comments window to type his feedback.
Being a complete newbie to Fiori, i would like to get valuable inputs from Experts whether this is feasible. Also some pointers to achieve it.
