I have a issue with planned order start date in scheduling. I am working on make to order scenario. sales orders are placed three days advance means suppose if delivery is required on 18.01.2015, then sales people create the sales order with requested delivery date as 18.01.2015 as shown below
Now production people start manufacturing on the same day of the delivery required and complete production on the same day and delivery will happen immediately on the same day. so they require planned order start date as delivery date of sales order. but when i run MRP system giving the planned order date as 17.12.2015 instead of 18.12.2015. I checked following settings.
1.Scheduling margin key is maintained as 000 all zero days.
2.In-house production time in material masters also maintained as 0 also.
3.MRP is executed with scheduling type 1
