You can check the blog post . Check if your component.js file in the extended is according to the steps mentioned here Component JS for Fiori Extension Projects basic tit-bits:.
Also you can load your application in the browser and in the developer console's Network tab check whether it is indeed your z-bsp that is getting loaded or is the standard app getting loaded.
