ESH_COCKPIT-->Connect to backend system Issue

Hello,

We're trying to connect our Gateway system to the backend ECC system via ESH_COCKPIT.

However, when we use ESH_COCKPIT on the Gateway system, we see the error below after logging in:

We've applied all possible Notes.

If we try to delete the backend connection, it says system not available even though the backend system is up & running.

If we try to Update Runtime data for the backend system, it works well...

Please advise how we could go about addressing the RFC error.
