I have same case, We did simulation using
KE4ST --> Freight condition not transferred at all to COPA as shown below:
and KEAT
Note: When I changed Freight GL account in VKOA, It is working fine and freight transfered properly to COPA. Even though this GL account was a copy from the current GL account.
