You'll be needing to apply an enhancement implementation to MM60 in order to fulfill this requirement
Create new Append Structure to PLM_ALV_230 and add field EXTWG for external material group.
Go to SE38 RMMVRZ00 look for subroutine alv_list_output
proceed with the additional coding to update the extwg field
