- Stop Tomcat (From the Central Management Console(CMC), stop the Web Application Container Server on the current computer)
- Open this file <install_dir_SAP_BusinessObjects>\tomcat\webapps\dswsbobje\WEB-INF\classes\dsws.properties (the directory can be different depending on operating system and application server)
- Uncomment this line : # daaws.raylight.processing = true
- Start Tomcat (From the Central Management Console(CMC), start the Web Application Container Server on the current computer)
- Ensure that WACS (Web Application Container Server) is running and enabled.
