We have alternative labeling enabled for Functional location in our system. FLoc is internally stored in IFLOT table with some internal notation but the label is stored in IFLOS with different version and active flag.
Whenever the Functional location label is changed, an outbound idoc needs to be sent to an external system with the current new label of FLoc. Currently, we have the setup to send IDocs only on create and this is done using change pointers. We also need to modify the user status and system status of the old labels and need to mark them as OBSOLETE or DELETED in the other system.
Could you please suggest/guide on the message type to be used and the details/design to be used to send the details.
