Thank you for your suggestion. I checked the Assign partner Determination Proc to IBase and it's got the 00000032 (if this is what you tried to suggest?)
As you recommended, I tried to set the PInherit. (checked) and Level - 4 ; but the Request for Change still didn't pick up the Sold To Party automatically on the creation.
