Issue - BEx Compile Error: can't find project or library

Hi gurus,

Hoping you could help with the following issue.

When running MS Excel 2010 workbook with BEx, the following error appears: "Compile Error: Can't find project or library". I have SAP GUI 730 installed.

I have searched SCN for solution to this issue but everyone seem to refer to note 1581228, which itself cannot be found.
