Always is better to try the latest version available at the moment. As Jitendra pointed out, it's SP07 PL03.
That will install SMP, so then you have to follow the quick start guide from the point you create the app in the cockpit. Basically:
1) Create the app in the cockpit and set the security profile
1) execute the Work Manager installer (workmanager.server-6.2.1.exe)
2) Verify folder com.sap.mobile.platform.server.agentry.application.<app name> was populated
3) Publish the zip file with the cockpit
4) restart SMP and check your agentry startup log
