That is what I am saying. When the condition records are setup, it will be added automatically. Even you don't have to come to screen. It will be triggered/added on save.
All the entries here are stored in NAST. so if you want to do it programmatically you have to update the table. But bare in mind that direct updates are not recommended. So best way could be to set up condition records and programmatically saves the transaction which will add the entry by standard.
