Costing Run Vs Standard Price Update

Dear SAP Guru,

My business scenario is:

1. Every time I want to create one time material for finished goods, BOM and routing. This information is not required for second time.

2. In the time of material create, I don't know the standard price.

3. This information is applicable for one-time production in life time.

Now my questing is, if I run the cost, it will update in standard price and it will be applicable this price for current month?
