Yes, you are right, there is nothing similar for CM21 or CM25.
If these modifications are implemented the available capacity of the workcentre capacity is the cumulated availability of the people and not the availability defined in the capacity.
I have never implemented these modifications by myself. Please implement these on your system and run some tests to find out the capacity category and scheduling.
