Hi Anil,
You have mentioned "Changed the port to 6401 in CCM (startup and also in configuration tabs) and restarted SIA. Still seeing the same issue. Error from log files."
Under startup tab its the port number for CMS and under configuration tab its the port number for SIA aboth should be different.
-Try recreating the SIA with completely different port number (say CMS-7400, SIA-7410)
