Please have a look at SAP Help - BI Content. Select your BI Content release. Go to ECC Central Component, Financials, Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, DataSources. Here you can find information on e.g. DataSource 0FI_AP_4.
For the rest it's really a matter of trying out. Install a DataSource, run the Extractor Checker (t/code RSA3) and have a look at the data.
Last but not least, DataSource 0FI_AP_6 is the successor of 0FI_AP_1.
