as I have created the profile by copying a standard one, there are a lot of them (action definitions, I mean) but I have made complete configuration just for three of them.
At the second question, I don't have a precise answer as I have just changed the name of a standard one and frankly, all of them look the same for me (I confess that I din not fully investigated how the operation type of the planned activity is controlled).
The conditions I have used = phase of the sales cycle. But this part seems to work well, the determination log shows no errors.
