Dear lan, thanks a ton for your effort and time, and for pointing me to error which is DB related.
I Solve the problem, I installed maxdb studio and connect to maxdb db and found out that db is up and running but 2 gb log file was full and system is configured to use only one log file, I turned on automatic log file creation and created another log file (logfile02) and all instances in MMC turned green, I am able to login to sap using GUI, now
