I checked the mappings nearly three times but could not find any error or issues. Usually, if it's mapping issue then error is displayed.
However, keeping your suggestion in mind I deleted all the mapping connection from source to destination and recreated them. Eventually the issue went away. Though, I am now facing another issue related to authorization. I will post it in new thread.
