Thank you for your kind information. But I have already tried all these things which you suggested.
As you told me that If you look at one excerpt of the trace which I have posted, you see "100.0%/100.0%/100.0% real/usr/sys." That is telling you my machine is pegged out on CPU.
Are you sure that this is the actual reason? And if so than what is the possible solution??
