this is more or less similar to what I need but there is some difference (more complicated.... ) that I need

1. for example assume that you have 6 control's check- box's and RB's  with diffrent labels (name )how would you add it

to the screen (I guess by loop but not sure how to do it)

2.I need to add the controlls not by button press ,just to add to my method some signature to which contoll do you want

sometimes is label 1 and 2 with check box and somtimes label 2 and 3 with radio button...
