Search,clear buttons not displayed properly When clicked on search help for Marketing organization field,while creating Marketing Plan

Hi Guys,

When I log into Marketing Pro role and create a Marketing plan,Search,clear buttons not displayed properly When clicked on search help for Marketing organization field,in the sense the page is not loaded properly in some of our desktops.The same is the case when I selected  for input help in currency field.The page doesnt load completely and display result is not properly displayed as shown in below screenshots.I am unable to understand whether this is IT issue/basis issue or like what?

Pls suggest ..
