I would create a custom custom table, a program to extract the info and report to display the info.
You can activate the change documents (as it is mentioned in the note sent by Caetano), but then you would also need to create a report to access that info (except you just are interested in access the info by order) and the performance it is not good, because the tables that you need to access have millon of entries.
