Hello Pragya,
Thank you very much for your early response. According to the Sales Director, the reason why they want to be prepared for monthly reassignment and forbid sales rep access to accounts they have already worked with are the following:
- There is a high staff turnover rate among credit card sales reps, so they want to be able to quickly reassign the accounts (if needed) during a campaign while they find a more structural solution.
- They want to protect customers from receiving too many calls from sales teams of different business. For Example:
- Let´s say that, in February, Sales Rep "1" (who works for the credit cards business unit) has 600 accounts/prospects to work with. 500 of these accounts/prospects were assigned to her at the beginning of month -February Campaign. The remaining 100 are accounts/prospects with open leads or opportunities that she identified during January Campaign.
- At this point in time, this Credit Card Sales Rep "1" is building an enduring relationship with the account. However, there are 400 accounts/prospects that reported no interest on a new credit card during January Campaign, so they see little chance to build an enduring relationship between these 400 accounts/prospects and the credit card sales team..
- So the Bank wants to forbid all sales reps (regardless of the business unit) access to this 400 accounts in a 90-days period. Then, grant sales reps of other business unit (such as personal loans) access to these 400 accounts during May Campaign.
In their opinion, a functionality like "Mass Change In Account Data", included in SAP ByD, could work for them. Bellow you´ll find some screenshots to illustrate what they might be expecting:

Do you know if there is any workaround to do this in C4C?
Best regrads!
